Making It Right
I have been dealing with a mystery rattle since the new AC installation. The team at Right Now Air never gave up! They did their best to narrow down the possibilities of the rattle and repaired the damage. Especially, Luke, he was friendly, kind, patient, professional and passionate about getting it Right! Ongoing rattling that leads to continuous breakdown
Luke and his co worker were very polite and courteous. They did their best to resolve the ongoing rattle and vibration, which inevitably leads to the breakdown of the AC system. They went the extra mile with their investigation of the mysterious rattle. Sadly, after only a few days the rattling has returned. I am sure they will be back. Overall, I appreciate RightNowAir's professionalism and efforts to help keep us cool.

Friendly, capable technician - good job
Right Air put in our original (second in the house's lifetime) in 2007. (when we had a little money). Because of our current financial situation (even qualifying for food stamps) I was gratified that they were able to work out a payment arrangement with me, as I could not have paid all at once. Yet, we couldn't live very successfully without A/C. Thank you, Right Air - and Jeremy.
