I was doing some clean up in my backyard in the evening. After listening to my AC unit start to make some funny noises, I walked inside the house and realized the temperature was 3 degrees above where the thermostat was set and climbiming. i put my hand up to the vent and there was minimum air flow and it was not cold. I shut down the system and called hoping to set up an appointment for hte next day. The answering service answered, asked me some questions and said she would text the on call tech. About 5 minutes later Luke called me back, we discussed what was happening with my system and decided it was best that he come and look at it that evening. An hour later he arrived, diagnosed the problems, made the repairs and my system was back up and running less than an hour later. Luke was very personable, knowledgable and represented the company very well. I would recommend his services to anybody. Thanks again!

Came on a Saturday night when even the company I had do the installation, Priority Services of Nevada, did not get back to me. In Las Vegas during the summer, you need to have someone who is there to help, sounds like these guys might be the ones.

$150 for a $50 capacitor is too much to pay
