Ongoing rattling that leads to continuous breakdown
Luke and his co worker were very polite and courteous. They did their best to resolve the ongoing rattle and vibration, which inevitably leads to the breakdown of the AC system. They went the extra mile with their investigation of the mysterious rattle. Sadly, after only a few days the rattling has returned. I am sure they will be back.
