If the white sealer is used, cleaning should be done later. My home was filled with white dust that made me sick. I would like the cleaning to be repeated. Also, shouldn't my payment to join your service club generated a mailing of some kind?

A friend had recently had her heating unit serviced by Luke and was delighted with him. Said she hoped that I would be lucky enough to get him. I was so pleased when I was told that Luke would be doing the service at my home. He is very professional, friendly and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.

Luke is a super guy, explains service that are done. Parts and others that need further attention and price range of parts and workmanship for extra work to be done. This was by far, hands down, the best service I've ever had with any trade company. I needed a 2nd opinion on repair/replacement costs for my heater, which was free! Jacob called almost exactly 30 minutes prior to the appointment to tell me he would be at my home in about 30 minutes, and he arrived right on time. Before coming in the house, he even put floor protectors on his shoes. He was the most polite, friendly, respectful, and thorough technician I could ever imagine. I was asking for an estimate to replace my furnace, understanding (based on 2 prior estimates) that I would likely have to replace my entire HVAC unit. Not only did he do a thorough inspection of my furnace, he also did a thorough inspection of the air conditioning side of the unit too, so that I would be better informed to make a decision about whether to replace the heat exchanger or the whole unit. He took many photos, which he showed and described to me, including electrical and drainage concerns neither of the other companies pointed out. I haven't received the exact estimate yet because, as Jacob explained, the company's technicians must attend a 2-year replacement school in order to do the replacement inspection and provide this information (which I certainly appreciate, because it lets me know the company takes training seriously), but he scheduled the tech to come out a few hours later. I'm really hoping their price beats the other companies, because this is the company (all other things equal) I would far prefer to do business with. This experience certainly raises the bar for every other company out there. Is there an award for best service technician around? Because Jacob deserves it! I cannot say enough good things about my Right Now Air experience, and that's a rarity for me among most service companies.

Darko arrived on time. After a few friendly words, he immediately set to work checking and then changing the filters and getting in the attic to check the heating system.
