This was the first time Chris has come to my house.
After he had completed all the service on my units which are on the roof, he came in and explained all he had done. He explained the condition of all that he checked and told us how each item was functioning and to what percentage. He has a nice business personality and treated us very well.

Excellent HVAC installation for a reasonable price!
Installed two heating and cooling systems. Bob was the HVAC expert who designed the best units to meet our needs. Brice, Joey, Craig and another assistant today were all respectful, pleasant, hard workers who were experts at installation of the systems.

I have the good fortune that Craig also has a great personality and patience. Arrived well within the time window that was set. I showed him the area effected by the particular HVAC unit as well as the location of the Control Thermostat. I demonstrated the issue with effected unit prior to his starting into the Winter system servicing. It did a take a while to troubleshoot issue since it was not directly obvious what was going on with the North facing attic section of that system. He did discover the issue as his report showed and was able to clear the problem. The problem seems to have been caused by the recent high amount of wind with large amounts of particulate that went into the air and subsequently plugged up a flow system in the unit. Great job of discovery with the ability to clear the problem!
