In addition, he is amiable as a person and is patient and thorough when explaining information. Right Now Air responded the same day and Craig, the serviceman, did a complete and thorough inspection of the issue. We resolved the issue and he offered to change the filters and check the amperage of the units since he was here. All were very well.
