Arrived well within the time window that was set. I showed him the area effected by the particular HVAC unit as well as the location of the Control Thermostat. I demonstrated the issue with effected unit prior to his starting into the Winter system servicing. It did a take a while to troubleshoot issue since it was not directly obvious what was going on with the North facing attic section of that system. He did discover the issue as his report showed and was able to clear the problem. The problem seems to have been caused by the recent high amount of wind with large amounts of particulate that went into the air and subsequently plugged up a flow system in the unit. Great job of discovery with the ability to clear the problem!
