If the white sealer is used, cleaning should be done later. My home was filled with white dust that made me sick. I would like the cleaning to be repeated. Also, shouldn't my payment to join your service club generated a mailing of some kind?

Luke did a very good job for us. I feel that I could trust his opinion in what needed to be replaced.

I had an appointment for service on Friday from 4 to 6pm. At around 11:15am I received a call from Right Now Air that a technician was in the area and could come then. I wasn't home then, but came home a couple of hours later and called them back. They sent Joey over a few hours earlier than my scheduled appointment. Joey was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was wrong and went over all the options with me.

We've been using Right Now Air ever since we moved to Las Vegas seven years ago and have always been very pleased with their service. Their discount club was actually recommended to us by the person who sold us our house and we've been members ever since. Every one of their service people who have come to our home has been professional, courteous, pleasant and responsive to all our questions and concerns. They just installed a new heater and air conditioning system for us. The men were here on time, worked diligently installing and testing the new system, and cleaned up everything after they finished. We don't know if their prices are the lowest but this is a company with integrity that understands the importance of customer service, and that's more important to us than saving a few dollars. We highly recommend them!
