As a switch-over from senior services, I was pleased with the new company's policies. The technician was polite, accommodating and professional. My only comment is he wouldn't pick up two dead pigeons from the roof. I even offered gloves. Yes, I know that's not part of his job, but I have to hire someone else to do what would be a small thing toi do.
