Bob suggested an ac solution, a zoning system, that no other company even mentioned, despite my clear feelings that the options they were giving us were less than optimal. Our new air conditioner went out and within one hour of phoning, we had a friendly repair person at the house. The parts distributors were closed so, apologizing profusely, he offered to help set up fans for the night. The next morning we received a call at 7:30am that a service person was en route with the part and it was fixed shortly after breakfast. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional. Great service as always.

Bob is always pleasant and courteous. He found the problem and fixed it. Went above and beyond by checking out another unit while here.
