This was an after-hours, late evening, service call to Right Now Air because my air conditioning exterior unit suddenly got very loud and was not shutting off. Mr. Robillard got to my house quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on his truck and did the repair quickly. (The $50 additional fee for the after-hours service call was totally worth it. Not only did it let me sleep that night (a/c working, noise down, not stressed over it), but I didn't have to give up a work day waiting for a technician. It might be a surcharge, but it was well worth paying.)

GREAT service by Jose. He knows the system and repaired it...I'm happy and can Sleep tonight. We just have to watch the housing where the fan is. It's tight on the bottom but I'm sure Jose got it corrected.

Saturday morning of record heat Labor Day weekend we developed a shake from the AC unit on the roof, coming down through the walls and rattling dishes. I called and gave my information to the answering service. Mark called 5-10 minutes later, got some info from me, and said he would call right back. I had already climbed on the roof and found that one blade was ripping off, which was his guess. Being under warranty, the fan needed to be picked up from the manufacturer, who was closed for the holiday weekend. Mark explained we could wait till Tue and it would only be $200, or he could meet the person on call at the warehouse and be charged an additional $125. It would only make him an hour and fifteen minutes to get to me. He showed up within 3 minutes of his estimated time, he was very professional, and had the AC van up and running very quickly. Thank you Mark Eisenhauer! And Right Now Air. I know it was really hot up there and really appreciate how awesome you were!
