Very good at his job. Work, professionalism are what any customer would want to have do work in their homes and that is what you will receive from this company and it's employees. Mark and Josie are what the work force needs more of!!! I have used this company for the past 8 years and they are all I would consider for air conditioning and furance work in my home....period!!! The techs change my filters for me every time they come, which saves me from having to climb up on a ladder. They are very friendly and personable. Although I have an older unit the bi yearly maintenance checks help keep my system running. Thank you.

Extremely glad I called RightNow! Very professional down to the foot booties, mask, ontime, and communication! Jose Delgadillo is an asset and brilliant to work with. Even though he couldn't do our maintenance as our heater is shot (we've a warranty company to repair/replace) Jose left us a detailed invoice of his assessment and we will call back RightNow for our future maintenance. Or if we say goodbye to our warranty company we will definitely call Jose Delgadillo at RightNow to purchase a new furnace. Outstanding people to work with. Made us feel human again.
