Right Now Air has the most wonderful technicians! Josh is so very nice and is always on time. He explains things clearly to me and when I have to refer to the notes on our form I have no problem reading it because he has excellent penmanship.

Extremely glad I called RightNow! Very professional down to the foot booties, mask, ontime, and communication! Jose Delgadillo is an asset and brilliant to work with. Even though he couldn't do our maintenance as our heater is shot (we've a warranty company to repair/replace) Jose left us a detailed invoice of his assessment and we will call back RightNow for our future maintenance. Or if we say goodbye to our warranty company we will definitely call Jose Delgadillo at RightNow to purchase a new furnace. Outstanding people to work with. Made us feel human again.
