I had two roof top units the needed to be totally replaced. Right Now Air was a referral and I am most fortunate to have found them. At every step in the process they went above and beyond my expectations. I was and still am very impressed with the technitician assigned to my project. He dealt with me in an honest and straightforward manner. Answered any and all questions I had. Such as what he had found with the old units, what were the best options for my house, and recommendations for going forward. The work they did was totally professional. They manufactured proper support brackets to match the roof pitch. Addresses and cleaned up issues with the electrical supply. Installed new intake and filter housings inside the home. A new thermostat hadn’t arrived in time for them to wire up, so they took the time to explain and diagram how the wiring should be landed. I definitely feel that I got great value for the money invested.
