Jose is one of our regulars, but "never on Sunday". He did a wonderful job fixing our broken compressor on Sunday, in spite the fact it was 108 degrees outside. It was over 90 in the house. Needless to say, after I called Right Now and left a message with the operator, Jose called and set up an appointment with me, arriving soon thereafter.
