Chris Diaz was a very nice and respectful person, he came out as soon as he could found out the problem but your company did not have the part and we had to wait two hot nights to get the air fixed. Right Now Air has been my vendor for over 20 years. Over this period of time I had a new 3 Ton unit installed, it along with my other unit have been maintained 2 times a year & kept in excellent working order. Joey is my service tech for the last many years. He is honest, has integrity, excellent in knowledge. I now am facing changing out my unit again, not great timing. This was the first time Chris has come to my house. After he had completed all the service on my units which are on the roof, he came in and explained all he had done. He explained the condition of all that he checked and told us how each item was functioning and to what percentage. He has a nice business personality and treated us very well.

Installed two heating and cooling systems. Bob was the HVAC expert who designed the best units to meet our needs. Brice, Joey, Craig and another assistant today were all respectful, pleasant, hard workers who were experts at installation of the systems.
