Tyrone diagnosed fault in our AC within minutes or arrival. Had parts on hand and fixed within an hour. He also performed a thorough check and service of heat and air before wrapping up. Tyrone was a perfect professional. Courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and outstanding communicator. I hope to have Tyrone over again when I need the AC serviced...I know it will be done right.
