Service Rep gave it his best shot..
Service tried to fix/adjust A/C fan blower (which stays on constantly after the compressor goes off). Since it was a Saturday he had limited resources. I have made a f/u apt for Monday...I cannot fault the Service Rep because he gave it his best shot.

Joey came right on time and tried fixing the problem by adding more Freon. After doing that and staying to check the work he discovered that there was also a malfunctioning TCP valve. Since we had an important Doctors appointment at 1:00 pm and the job would take three hours we were willing to wait until the next day for the repair but Joey volunteered to come back after our appointment was over. We call him after the appointment and arranged for him to come back at 5:00 pm. He arrived on time and finished the job by 8:00 pm. It was amazing that he was willing to work late so we did not have to go another day without AC. The company truly has great customer service.
