Joey was very polite. He arrived on time and entered the house to identify the location of the 2 units. Before entering he was careful to put the slippers on his feet. He verified with me the job he would be doing. He answered my questions and I was very pleased with this tech.

I had called another company (Yes Air conditioning and Plumbing) prior to contacting Right Now Air. The other company did not take the time to find the problem, they were trying to replace piece after piece until the problem was fixed. Right Now Air took the time to look for the problem and solve the first time out. It was a pleasure having someone who knew what they were doing and not just guessing.

A new motor in my furnace quit....on a Sunday. I call RightNow Air and a service repairman, Devin, came to my house that morning. He worked on my furnace so that we would have heat until the failing motor could be replaced. First thing on Monday I received a call that my new motor was ready to be installed . No charge for either service because my motor was still under warranty. Both service repairmen (Devin and Luke) were very professional and very thoughtful about our needs. Thank you, RightNowAir for having such good employees.

We really appreciated the level of professionalism throughout our dealings. I was particularly impressed with the fact that the first thing the worker did before entering my home was to put on paper booties. They took care to cover my floors and clean up after themselves when they were finished. Employees were punctual and courteous. We look forward to many years of service with Right Now Air.

Was our service technician and he was great because he was on time, answered all our questions, adjusted our air recycling system, serviced and thoroughly checked our heating unit, showed us pictures of several things that might need our attention in the future, and offered us your annual maintenance program. On top of this he is personable, pleasant, and seems to enjoy what he does. He is an asset to your company. We are first time users of Right Now Air but we'll be back.
