Right Now Air far exceeded my expectations!
I can honestly say that Right Now Air is one of the most "user friendly" companies I have ever worked with. From the "how can I make you smile" greeting when you call, to the final inspection of work done, they have my highest possible recommendation. On their first winter inspection, two carbon monoxide leaks were discovered that three previous companies had not found. My winter morning headaches completely resolved once the leaks were addressed. Scott Meier and Right Now Air may very well have saved my life. Several days of installation/reconstruction were required. They worked around my unpredictable schedule, were consistently on time, courteous, and the most meticulous with clean-up detail that I have ever experienced from any company, ever. My house was cleaner after the work was done than before! Right Now Air far exceeded my expectations; their principles of service have restored my faith that solid, decent companies still exist. It all starts at the top. The principles of Scott Meier permeate the company, and are exemplified in every single employee. My only wish is that they would expand services to plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, landscaping and construction.

We are writing this letter to let you know how pleased we are with our new air conditioning units! Right Now Air did an outstanding job of discussing the job and explaining the process on removing our existing units, prepping, and ultimately upgrading and installing the York Gas Remote 5 ton, 16.5 Seer Systems, along with the 8000 series touch screen thermostats. We recognize the time and energy it takes to install residential systems while the homeowners remain within the home. Your crew came to our job on time everyday; they were efficient, polite and considerate while in our home, and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. The ultimate result was better quality of heat and air conditioning, not to mention the tax credit rebate for this purchase was a real plus, oh, and the Hepa filter your crew installed has helped with my seasonal allergies as well! As loyal customers for over 13 years, we can't say thanks enough for a job well done! We will highly recommend your company to our family and friends. Your slogan represents your company well, and says it all, "Right Now Air, where we fix it right and we fix it now".

Just a note to thank you again for great service. Last Friday afternoon when my husband arrived home our air unit was putting out hot air. I have to tell you that when he called me, I said "Are you sure? The unit is less than 3 years old?" But sadly it was true. After calling, Ken arrived within the hour and had us back to cool a few hours after that. I can't imagine how sweltering hot it was for him to be on the roof when it was 109 degrees on the ground but there were no complaints and he was courteous and kept us informed through the process. And as usual, we are impressed by the respect that your crew shows for our home and property. We also want to tell you how much we support your company's commitment to helping in the community. The whole experience was even better than ususal
Over the past 8-10 years, your company has handled our air conditioning and heating needs with total honesty, professionalism and courtesy. It has always been a pleasure working with you. This time, however, the whole experience was even better than usual (if possible)! Your sales rep, Louis, covered all the bases, showed us all of our options and did everything he could to make the project flow smoothly. I think he was a bit surprised when we decided to replace the whole system rather than just repair the blown air conditioner. The installation crew (Dave, Ernie and Jun) were nothing short of spectacular. They worked their tails off in our sweltering attic getting the air conditioning up and running by Friday evening, and returned on Saturday to finish up the heater ( a definite NON- priority this time of year). By Friday afternoon, the heat in the house was more than we could handle so we left to "rent" some air conditioning at a local casino. We had no compunctions about having the guys lock up after they were finished. When we got home about 8 pm, the house was well on it's way to being cool and everything was cleaned up. In talking with all four of your young men, we discovered two things that didn't surprise us: all four take pride in their work, and all four are proud of representing Right Now Air. They were so nice and diligent in their efforts
I want to thank you for the service that your company has provided me over the years. I met Bob on December 26, 2005 when our heating unit went out on us. Bob was very nice to us and explained all of our options. We appreciate his professionalism, his expertise, and customer service skills. Recently, we decided to purchase a new unit rather than fixing the existing one. Bob explained all of our options, and helped us choose the right unit to suit our needs. Jun and Dave installed it for us. They were so nice and diligent in their efforts. Dave showed me how to work the thermostat three times, and made sure I understood how to care for the filters. This customer service goes beyond our service calls. Ruth is equally as sweet and helpful whenever I call. I also appreciate the special touches Ruth adds, like the lovely yellow folders with my name and address printed on the outside of the label, and all of my important papers presented in page protector sleeves. It was thoughtful, and I appreciate her efforts.

This letter expresses our appreciation for the excellent workmanship performed by the technicians at Right Now Air on the recently installed heating and cooling systems upgrades. The highly efficient heating systems and condensing units have reduced the cost of both gas and electricity. The noise level of the fans and air distribution systems is not perceptible when starting, while running and when stopping. Your excellent service department has performed seasonal preventative maintenance since the installation of the upgrades as well as they did for the past twenty years on the old systems. We were and are very pleased with your workmanship and installers. When Louis came to inspect our air cinditioning unit he was courteous and professional. He explained our options to us. We decided to have our units replaced sooner rather than later based on Louis' experience and recommendations. When the workmen arrived to install the units they too were first rate! The installation was done professionally and with extreme care and concern for our home and time. When the installation was compete all debris were taken away and we were very satisfied. Louis returned to do a final inspection and we feel like he is a part of our family. His care and concern for a job well done is rare in today's world and we feel confident that we made the correct decision.
